Information We Collect

Information you provide:
- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or sign up
- Business details including your address, service area, and trade category
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card number
- Content preferences and feedback you share with us during the service
Information we access through Google:
- Your Google Business Profile data including posts, reviews, photos, and profile attributes
- Profile performance data such as view counts, direction requests, and call clicks (when available via the Google Business Profile API)
Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data from our website including pages visited and the GBP score tool (via our GBP Grader)
- Your IP address and browser type for security and analytics purposes
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our Google Business Profile management services
- To draft content (posts, review responses, descriptions) for your approval
- To send monthly performance reports and service communications
- To process payments through Stripe
- To respond to your inquiries and support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
Google Business Profile Access
To deliver our services, we request Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile via Google's official OAuth authorization flow. This access is used solely to implement the content you approve each month. We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google credentials or profile access to any third party. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery), and Google (API access for profile management). Each operates under their own privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer: If AI Local PR is sold or transferred, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon written request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage, secure OAuth token handling, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
